What is Covered:
Covers porcelain veneers and crowns placed at The London Smile Clinic against material fractures, chipping, debonding, or breakage. If a restoration fails within 10 years of placement, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Eligibility & Maintenance Requirements:
- Regular Hygiene Care: The patient must attend at least two professional dental hygiene cleanings per year at The London Smile Clinic and maintain prescribed home oral hygiene.
- Protective Nightguard: Patients with diagnosed bruxism or clenching must wear their custom protective nightguard nightly as directed by their clinician.
- Absence of Outside Intervention: The restorations must not have been adjusted, treated, or altered by outside third-party dental practitioners without prior consultation.
- No Accidental Trauma: Excludes damage caused by physical accidents, facial sports injuries, or uncharacteristic external impact.
- Account Settlement: Patient account fees must be fully settled according to the payment schedule.
